About Wolf Real Estate

I came to Colorado in late 1977 with my then, very young family.  Since that time, both of my sons have graduated from Summit High School, Colorado State University and attended Fort Lewis College.  They have both moved on to “big boy” lives in Colorado and Hawaii.  Raising a family here has given me the insight to what is really important in life; family, friends, community and the beauty and recreation of the outdoors that Summit County offers.

For more than 35 years I have advanced my real estate career in all aspects of the real estate industry.  From developing a team of independent real estate professionals at the Metro Brokers Offices in Frisco to owning and operating Wolf Real Estate, a boutique office in Frisco, my interests have always been focused on the needs and interests of my customers and clients.   The ability to help others live and play in Summit County has been very rewarding.   Watching families create a lifetime of memories from the efforts made to find the perfect mountain home, is the best accomplishment of my career.

And now, I am thrilled to be developing a team of other professionals that have the same interests in providing expertise in all areas of our profession.  Our goals are to provide accurate, current information and prompt attention to the needs of the customer.   The end result is that we have customers and clients that become a part of our community and our real estate family.

About Todd Ulmer

Todd Ulmer moved up to Summit County at the ripe age of 8 and spent most of his young life growing up observing Summit’s little mountain towns blossoming into cities. He became a proud member of our community leading Summit High School’s ski team to state championships before graduating and attending Colorado State University. The adventurous experience of growing up in the Rocky Mountains led him to join the Peace Corp after college where he found himself managing National Parks in Africa. On return from years of living in Botswana he founded and managed one of the fastest growing export companies in South Florida and for the next 15 years he found out what it takes to be an entrepreneur and a leader as CEO for several companies supplying developments throughout the Caribbean Islands. Throughout those life experiences, Colorado was always a place he called home. A few years ago he had the good fortune to return to Summit County as a licensed broker and work with RE/MAX Properties of the Summit as a team member with his mother, Kouri Wolf.

What Kouri's Clients Have to Say

"We entrusted Kouri to handle 3 real estate transactions for us over the past 10 years. She has been in the area since the late 1970s, so she has tremendous familiarity with Summit County properties, both as they exist today and their history of development. Kouri complements her familiarity with Summit County with great competency that, for us, translated into savings to our pocket. She readily puts her tireless energy at work for her clients, which of course helped to build a long-term relationship with us and repeat business without hesitation. She's the best in Summit County!"  -User 0571849 via Zillow.com
