A Town with a Whole Lot to Offer.

Imagine making sharp turns in knee deep fresh powder one winter morning, strolling down a cinematic Main Street on a fall afternoon, or spending a warm summer’s night listening to up-and-coming artists at a concert in the park. Imagine a town that cares for its full time community as much as it does the countless out of town visitors; creating a welcoming space for anyone who steps into this “Colorado Playground”. The town of Frisco, Colorado should come to mind.

Coined as one of the coolest, under-the-radar ski towns by the Wall Street Journal, Frisco’s immense charm is rooted in its history. This town’s frontier spirit has blossomed into a delightfully modern oasis. It’s not uncommon for visitors of Frisco to become full time residents, and it’s not difficult to see why. With its strong economy, unparalleled scenery, and an enriching community, Frisco has a lot to offer.

The Wonders of Frisco, Colorado.

When seeking out the advantages of any new living location, there’s a checklist that you’re bound to run through. It differs from person to person, based off of what a given person finds most important. Is it affordability, proximity to family and friends, or good education systems? Is it all of the above? Whatever may be on your checklist, here’s what Frisco has to offer:

  1. Affordability. Can you live comfortably here?

Frisco is far more affordable than the ski resort towns that may be more familiar because of their name alone. It’s never just about finding that magical place that makes you feel at home, it’s obviously important to live comfortably within it. Frisco’s affordability makes it a winner for those looking to live a small town life with some big city amenities, all without overindulging the wallet.

  1. Real Estate Value.

In terms of both its commercial and residential growth, Frisco is unmatched by other towns of its size in the state of Colorado. With a year round population that sits comfortably at 2,800 full time residents, and about 4,000 second home-owners,  the town’s has turned into a booming economy, with property values that have skyrocketed nearly 100% since 1990.

  1. Proximity to What’s Important.

Frisco has easy access to the freeway, being just off of I-70. It’s just over an hour outside of Denver, giving you the closeness to a major city without the stresses of living in one. Frisco is a walking friendly city! With the town’s entire Main Street (and other amenities) consisting of about a mile in length, it’s easy to leisurely traverse the heart of town in an afternoon.

  1. A Classic American West Town and a Modern Hub.

Quite possibly the reason why so many visitors eventually call Frisco home is what it uniquely has to offer in the way of community. Sitting pretty at 9,097 feet above sea level on Mount Royal, this town is often called the “Main Street of the Rockies.” Originally founded as a quint mining community, this little town has expanded well past its original focus. Within and around Frisco’s Main Street, you’ll find unique boutiques, various shops, and over 30 restaurants, bars, and nightclubs. Whether you’re looking for day activities or a bit of nightlife, Frisco has it.

It’s amenities may have become modernized since its founding in 1873, but it still stays true to its heritage. With a free Historic Park, Town Museum, and an original 1880’s Victorian Inn, the town’s history is alive and well. A history and story that will continue to exist through its connections with its future generations.

Year Round Activities.

Maybe what drew you to Frisco is the promise of its spectacular natural beauty, and the never ending list of outdoor activities. Whatever the season, this town has something fun to show you.

Winter Wonderlands & Summers to Remember.

Because of the town’s prime location, it’s ideal for any and all winter excursions. In proximity to four world class ski resorts (Copper Mountain, Keystone Resort, Breckenridge, and Arapahoe Basin), it’s a skier’s and snowboarder’s paradise. What Our Clients Have to Say

"Todd did a great job of showing available properties in our price range and explaining the market to us, but the real work started after we were in contract. They did a phenomenal job of helping us navigate all the obstacles of purchasing an out-of-state home. I can’t thank them enough for their assistance." - Michael Sizelove

'We had the pleasure of working with Todd from the Wolf Team in our purchase of real estate in Frisco. We had tight time constraints and were working from out of state in purchasing a property. Todd did an excellent job objectively assessing our needs for price and value in the area. He went above and beyond to vet numerous properties prior to our arrival. Upon our arrival, we were quickly able to evaluate options and make an informed purchase decision. Todd was more interested in putting our short and long-term needs first before making a quick sale. Todd's follow-up after the sale has also been exceptional. He has made sure all is well after the sale and also let us know his help is available for issues beyond our purchase. I highly recommend Todd and the Wolf Team." - Paul Stewart

"Great team!!! Either Kouri or Todd get back to me as soon as they are by their phone. I always enjoy working with them.!!" - Arnette Schouten

"We entrusted Kouri to handle 3 real estate transactions for us over the past 10 years. She has been in the area since the late 1970s, so she has tremendous familiarity with Summit County properties as they exist today and their history of development. Kouri complements her familiarity with Summit County with great competency that, for us, translated into savings in our pocket. She readily puts her tireless energy at work for her clients, which helped build a long-term relationship with us and repeat business without hesitation. She's the best in Summit County!"  -User 0571849 via Zillow.com

"She listed our home. She made several suggestions on changes to be made to our home which would encourage showings. She had multiple showings almost every week. She works with her son, which actually provided us with 2 agents! She kept us updated on sales in the area. She assisted us with finding people to keep the home very presentable, including snow removals, house cleaning services, and watering of flowers." -LCFobes via Zillow.com

"Kouri went above and beyond to help us purchase a home from a thousand miles away, after only one visit to town. She drove us around in the snow and tromped through houses as they were being built and made special Saturday appointments with architects and builders. We are thrilled with Kouri and will definitely be calling her again for any future real estate needs." -BabsWood via Zillow.com
